From three separate companies to one

1. 1992.

   Feromihin founded

   On the Martinac family farm in Obedišće, 19 February 1992. It later moved to Novoselec.⁷⁵⁰⁵³

2. 2002.

   Macel plin founded

   20 December 2002 in Zagreb, for maintaining and installing gas systems. From 2010 it is owned by Miroslav Dombrovski and Pavle Grđan.¹⁰¹¹

3. 2014.

   PICO FLOW CONTROLS founded

   17 October 2014. Founders: Pavle Grđan, Miroslav Dombrovski and Dubravko Kamenečki.³

4. 2015.

   PFC takes over Macel plin

   From 2 January 2015 PFC is the sole owner of Macel plin. Kamenečki becomes PFC's director on 30 January 2015.¹¹³

5. 2016.

   PFC buys Feromihin

   Owner Stjepan Martinac exits the business, and PFC owns the company from 1 August 2016.⁸⁵⁰

6. 2020.

   MRS Magadenovac for Plinacro

   Final commissioning of a measuring and reducing station; investor Plinacro.⁴³

7. 2021.

   AYMO, first self-service CNG station, MEGC

   The pipeline software is renamed AYMO. Macel plin builds Croatia's first self-service CNG station (Slavonski Brod) and delivers the first gas containers to the Brod Oil Refinery.⁵¹⁴¹³⁹

8. 2022.

   EU project and exports

   A €1.29m project to commercialise Feromihin's innovations, with €0.36m of EU funding. Feromihin has 40 employees and exports to eight countries.²⁰⁵⁰

9. 2023.

   Feromihin doubles revenue

   Revenue grows from €6.25m to €13.75m and headcount from 40 to 54.⁹⁷

10. 2023.

    Vranci merger

    On 3 November 2023 VRANCI d.o.o., based at Malešnica 3C, the address of shareholder MDM USLUGE 1991, was merged into PFC; registered on 25 November 2023.¹¹³

11. 2024.

    In-house IT and software

    In January 2024 Luka Klancir, until then CEO of Async Labs, becomes PFC's IT Director. ASYNC d.o.o., owned by PFC, stops operating in April 2024. My conclusion: software development (AYMO) moved into PFC.⁵⁹⁶

12. 2024.

    Merger

    The merger agreement for Macel plin and Feromihin into PFC was signed on 6 December 2024, and the assemblies of all three companies voted unanimously; the merger was registered on 19 December 2024. The merged companies were deleted on 11 March 2025.¹²¹⁷¹⁰

13. 2025.

    First year as one company

    Revenue €39.37m, net profit €11.30m and 116 employees.²⁴

14. 2026.

    KPPP, ptc Berlin, successful appeal

    PFC presents the KPPP mobile compressor at HSUP and HUNIG, and with a Turkish partner wins an appeal against a Plinacro tender decision.⁴⁶⁴⁷⁵⁵

Certificates and accreditations

ISO 29001 is the oil and gas industry standard. Accreditation under ISO/IEC 17020 (HAA) means PFC may test safety valves as a Type C inspection body.¹⁹³⁶

• eLBC: an electronic device that closes the valve when a pipeline breaks, also in a solar version. “1000 eLBC installed”.²²⁵⁰

Markets

• Croatia is the main market. In 2022 Feromihin exported to Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, the UAE, Algeria and Nigeria.⁵⁰
• Trade fairs and conferences: ptc Berlin (2021–2026), ADIPEC Abu Dhabi and KIOGE Kazakhstan (2021), Rio Oil & Gas and SPICONX Saudi Arabia (2022), Namibia and Kenya (2024), K Düsseldorf (2025).^49566054

Public procurement

In August 2026 the State Commission upheld an appeal by a bidding consortium of PFC and the Turkish manufacturer Kurvalf Vana against Plinacro's choice of valve suppliers. The decision was annulled because the selected bidders' certificates were not in their own names.⁵⁵

This shows PFC also bids foreign manufacturers' equipment in Plinacro tenders. The tender value is not stated.
